How to make pistachio and lemon bars

Ingredients for bar recipe with pistachio and lemon
120 g butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
1 packet of vanilla
For lemon filling

2 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 lemon zest
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tea cup fishnet pistachios

How to make pistachio and lemon bars
Take the butter into a bowl and whisk until it becomes creamy. Add powdered sugar, flour and vanilla and continue to whisk. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking tray spread with greaseproof paper. Bake in a pre-heated 170 degree oven until pink.
For lemon filling with pistachio, whisk the eggs and powdered sugar until the sugar melts. Add lemon juice and grated lemon peels and continue to beat. Finally, add flour and pistachios and mix well. Pour over the bar you have removed from the oven and give it back to the oven.
Reduce the oven temperature to 140 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes, then remove from the oven. Cut to the size you want. Garnish with powdered sugar. Serve.
