500 ml water
A pinch of salt
1 slice of sour yeast bread
80 g smoked salmon
10 g chives
How to make sour yeast bread & smoked salmon
A great snack that you can consume on sourdough bread.
Add vinegar and salt to lightly boiling water, mix with a spoon to create a flow and break the eggs one by one. Take the cooked eggs for 4 minutes on a paper towel with a colander. Fry the sourdough bread in the oven by applying light butter.
Season the labne cheese with chives and a pinch of salt. Spread the mixture on sour yeast bread. Then lay the sliced avocado, poached egg and smoked salmon side by side on the bread. Sprinkle with a pinch of sliced chives and serve with sourdough bread & smoked salmon.
