Ingredients for tortilla and broccoli puree recipe
2 pieces of tortilla bread (small size)
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of cream cheese
1 slice of smoked turkey
For broccoli puree
1 handful of broccoli
1 tablespoon cream cheese
Cube of chopped peaches
How to make tortilla and broccoli puree
Boil the broccoli in steam for no more than 7 minutes. Then transfer to food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and puree.
Apply a thin layer of cream cheese over the tortilla bread. Place cheddar cheese and turkey smoked on top. Place the second layer of tortilla bread on it. Fry in the toaster. After frying, divide into four or eight equal pieces and place in the feeding box. Complete the lunchbox with sliced pears and peaches.
